Concepts

A conceptual governed-action lifecycle

A map of the questions, not the internal modules.

From intention to evidence

  1. Agent / Application

What should happen? The application proposes an action; that proposal is not authorization.

  2. Governance & Approval

Is the action permitted, and is approval bound to what is intended?

  3. Durable Execution

What intent and attempt are recorded before an external call can leave its outcome uncertain?

  4. External Systems

Where does the side effect happen, and which assumptions about the provider has an operator confirmed?

  5. Reconciliation & Recovery

What does fresh authoritative evidence show? Keep command truth separate from the derived external verdict.

  6. Evidence / Audit

What can an operator inspect later? Distinguish retained audit records from the approval task's evidence-chain verification.

Use this map with explicit limits

The technical refund demonstration exercises licensed Framework behavior with a simulated transport. The manufacturing simulation illustrates business behavior and governance boundaries independently; it is not commercial execution proof.

“Safely” describes a design goal under explicit controls, not a security, legal, regulatory or compliance certification. No universal exactly-once guarantee, guaranteed third-party idempotency or response/remediation SLA is implied.
