Public / commercial boundary

A public showcase with a private implementation

Documentation and demonstrations have a defined scope.

The commercial Framework is private and separately licensed. Public availability of this repository and this showcase does not grant rights to that implementation.

What belongs on each side

Public

Explain and demonstrate

  • Public documentation
  • Manufacturing public simulation demo
  • Public screenshots and examples
  • Conceptual explanations
  • Public technical demo documentation; re-running requires a separate license

Private / separately licensed

Commercial implementation and delivery

  • Commercial Framework implementation source
  • Private tests
  • Customer-specific delivery
  • Private release evidence and artifacts
  • Licensed integration implementation

The manufacturing simulation uses deterministic synthetic data and scripted AI assistance. No real customer or live ERP/MES is involved, and it does not prove commercial Framework execution.

The Framework-backed refund demo uses synthetic data, simulated approval and a substituted transport. Its execution scope is different; it requires the separately licensed private Framework to re-run.

License and claim boundaries

This repository is public to view and not open source; it is proprietary, all rights reserved. Commercial access and rights are governed by a separate private license.

“Safely” is a design goal under explicit governance, approval, evidence, recovery and audit controls. It is not a security, legal, regulatory or compliance certification. No universal exactly-once guarantee, guaranteed third-party idempotency, response SLA or remediation SLA is implied.
